Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and how you can have it deleted. It is written to be read.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is ICONNECT SRL, company number BE 0887.207.629, whose registered office is recorded in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. Nutrally is a trading name of that company: it is the same entity.
For any question about your data: contact@nutrally.be.
What we collect, and only that
If you request the guide, we store your email address and the date of your consent. Nothing else: no name, no age, no health information.
If you book a session, you provide your name, email address and the slot you chose. That information exists to arrange the appointment.
This site uses no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics tools.
Why, and on what basis
Your email address is used to send you the guide you asked for, then occasionally nutrition content. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and withdrawable at any time.
Booking data exists to deliver the session you requested.
Where your data is stored
Email addresses are hosted with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris), on servers located in the European Union.
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, whose servers may sit outside the European Union, covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
The site itself is served by Cloudflare and stores nothing about you.
For how long
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe, and deleted within thirty days of that. If you do not engage with any message for three years, it is deleted without you having to ask.
Data attached to a session is kept for as long as accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, receive it in a readable format, or object to its use. An email is enough, and we respond within a month.
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
If an answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be.
One thing worth stating plainly
We do not sell, rent or trade any data. It serves what you asked for, and nothing else.
