Energy and vitality
A steady level from morning to evening, without the afternoon dip or the 4pm coffee.

Nutritionist · online and in Brussels
Difficult digestion, fatigue that settles in, hormones out of step, weight that won't move. We start from your plate, your daily life, you. No dieting, no judgement.
Does this sound like you?
You don't need more willpower. You need to understand what your body is trying to tell you.
Why now
It isn't in your head, and it isn't a lack of discipline. Four things shift at once — and what worked at thirty simply can't work the same way.
At rest the body spends a little less than before. The answer isn't eating less, but eating better and at the right time.
Less muscle means less energy burned and a changing shape. The right intake protects it.
Cycle, perimenopause, thyroid: appetite, energy and storage reorganise. Food can support those stages.
Sleeping badly and living under pressure disrupt hunger. Food can no longer be treated on its own.
The good news: every one of these can be worked on. Here's how.
What we work on
We don't work on all of them at once. In the review we identify the two or three that genuinely apply to you, and start there.
A steady level from morning to evening, without the afternoon dip or the 4pm coffee.
Bloating, heaviness, discomfort: we identify what unsettles you and adjust in stages.
A way of eating that is simple, nourishing and sustainable — the one you'll keep when the programme ends.
Cycle, perimenopause, a thyroid followed by your doctor: food can gently support these stages.
Iron, magnesium, vitamin D, omega-3: we look at your recent results and fill the gaps through food.
No obsessive weighing, no deprivation. We aim for what lasts, at your pace and without guilt.
The approach
Three stages, always the same, whichever programme you choose.
Your food history, your actual days, your digestion, your energy, and any recent test results you have. We start from real information, not a standard questionnaire.
Concrete guidance built around your tastes, your time and what your body tolerates. Nothing banned, nothing unsustainable.
Regular follow-up sessions, continuous adjustments, and support on the hard days — until you no longer need me.

Who you'll work with
Nutritionist
Nutrition graduate — CERDEN, Brussels
I work from your real daily life: what you enjoy, what you have time to cook, what your body tolerates. No list of bans, no perfection to reach.
My job isn't to tell you what to eat for three months, but to leave you able to decide for yourself afterwards. That's why every plan is explained, never imposed.
Book a sessionListening
The first session is there to hear you. Your story matters as much as your test results.
Empathy
I know what yet another fresh start costs. We don't begin from zero, we begin from you.
No judgement
No food is shameful and no slip has a price. What happened last week is information, not a failing.
Commitment
Between sessions, you can write to me. Support that stops at the door isn't support.
Transparency
I tell you what I know, what I don't, and when it's your doctor you need to see.

The difference
The problem isn't you. It's a method that forgets your daily life, your tastes and your pace.
Programmes
We choose together at the review. Nothing is fixed in advance, and you can move from one to the other.
3 months
The heart of my work: from the first review through to independence, with the time habits actually need to hold.
For you if you've tried alone before and it didn't hold.

No. I'm a nutritionist, with a nutrition qualification from CERDEN in Brussels. I work on your food and your habits. Anything medical — a diagnosis, a treatment, a condition under care — is your doctor's call, and I work alongside them.
No. Reimbursement applies to state-recognised dietitians. Some mutuelles do offer prevention benefits, so it's worth asking yours.
45 minutes, online. We cover everything: your food, your days, your digestion, your energy, your goals, and any recent test results you have. You leave with your first guidance, and your written plan follows within days.
No. We start with the review and decide together at the end of the session. Sessions are paid individually, with no commitment.
It's not required. If you have recent results, bring them: they help us focus. I don't interpret them medically and I don't diagnose — I use them to guide food choices, and I refer you back to your doctor whenever needed.
No. No food is banned and there's nothing to weigh. We build flexible guidance around your real life — which is exactly why it lasts.
It depends on you and what we're working on. Many people notice a change in energy or digestion in the first two or three weeks. The aim is still that it lasts, not that it's fast.
No. We start from the time you actually have. For some that means ten-minute meals, for others a little weekend prep. Both work.
That's common, and it's a good thing. I never interfere with a treatment or ongoing care. Tell me in the first session and we'll build around it.
Online for now, which works well and saves you the travel. In-person in Brussels is coming.

The first step
You know the feeling: knowing something has to change, and putting it off again. The review exists for exactly that — to lay things out once and leave with a clear direction.
